9. The Law of Honor
• 1 Samuel 2:30 – “For those who honor Me I will honor, and those who despise Me shall be lightly esteemed.”
• Ephesians 6:2-3 – “Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with promise: that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth.”
Honor is the key to access. When you honor God, spiritual authorities, and others, it opens doors to divine blessings and releases grace into your life. Dishonor shuts the heavens.
Application:
1. Honor God: Live a life of reverence, worship, complete surrender and obedience to Him.
2. Honor Spiritual Leaders: Bless and submit to those God has placed over you in the faith (Hebrews 13:17).
3. Honor People: Esteem others as carriers of God’s image (Romans 12:10).
