1. The Law of Dominion
• Genesis 1:26 – “Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.’”
• Luke 10:19 – “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
Hear this - Dominion is the believer’s original mandate. When we fully align ourselves with Christ and His ways, we regain this authority. Walking in dominion means exercising control over spiritual forces, circumstances, and creation - by the authority given to us in Christ.
Application:
1. Understand Your Identity: Meditate on scriptures that reveal who you are in Christ (e.g., Ephesians 2:6).
2. Speak with Authority: Decree God’s Word with boldness over every situation and circumstance (Job 22:28).
3. Resist the Devil: Actively resist demonic forces by declaring your dominion through the name of Jesus (James 4:7).
