13. The Law of Love
• John 13:34-35 – “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.”
• 1 Corinthians 13:13 – “And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”
Love is the foundation of all spiritual laws. Without love, even great exploits lose their eternal value
(1 Corinthians 13:1-3). Love empowers and authenticates spiritual authority.
Application:
1. Walk in Forgiveness: Let go of offenses and extend grace to others. The Spirit filled Burning One is unoffendable. Walk in joy - joy is unoffendable.
2. Serve Others: Demonstrate God’s love through acts of kindness and compassion. Be humble.
3. Love God Wholeheartedly: Make loving Him your highest priority above all else in life (Matthew 22:37-38).
