On a gritty sidewalk outside a public market, I met a man covered in tattoos. I stood beside him—as we leaned on a building I said, God is calling you back you know. It doesn’t matter where you’ve been. We talked, he told me that he used to lead worship before falling deep into sin, he said that he ran. He said, “I thought I was too far gone.” I said, You are never too far gone for God’s love to pull you back, His blood speaks a better word. He repented. We prayed. Restoration began.
